Tony Romo doesn't have time to find a groove. He must play well from the start of Sunday's game against Washington.

This team has never needed him more than it does now.

These Cowboys are a rudderless ship. They play with little swagger and even less confidence.

Romo can give all of that all back to them with a strong performance against the Commanders. If he can play his game complete with the Romo smile and carefree attitude, then he will breathe life back into this team.

He can make the offense with Terrell Owens, Roy Williams, Jason Witten, Marion Barber and, maybe, Felix Jones one of the most feared in the game again. Perhaps, then this team will find its lost identity.

We've seen during Romo's absence that the defense isn't nearly good enough to win without significant help from the offense.

Sad, but true.

Salvaging this season starts with Romo. He's the only player who can make much of the raggedy performances from the past month a bad memory.

The margin for error is gone. Too many poor performances has seen to that.
It's time to make it happen. It's up to Romo to do it.

I love things that are obvious AND dramatic SO much.
Romo be ballin' come Sunday night !

It's unfair to put the weight of a franchise on one guy's back but Romo must play well for Dallas to have ANY chance of making the playoffs....

Do you have any rigorous statistical analysis that would suggest Romo has reached critical mass in his efforts to ball out of control a la Matt Moore?:D

It's really up to the Offensive Line to return to the play they were displaying in the first two games. Kosier is back, which by most accounts, is the second most important addition to this team, next to Romo. The Offensive Line needs to man up and decide that they will not be beat on Sunday. If they do that, we will win the game, plain and simple. If the Offensive Line shows up this week, we will win the game.

It goes without saying, quite frankly.

Romo's trying his hardest, a la Hutch. He would also like to know what his 5th metacarpal's role is.

Tell her what she's won, Johnny!!

That'd be too much to expect................

I honestly don't think it's too much to put that kind of pressure on the franchise QBs shoulders.

It's what they do in Indy, New England (although they've managed to get by without their star this year), and Greenbay did it for years with Peyton, Brady, and Favre.

Tony is the franchise. He's what makes this offense go, plain and simple. So, yeah, the weight of the franchises present, future, and so on is on his shoulders but isn't that what he signed up for when he wanted to be the leader of an NFL Franchise?

If Moxie is healthy......I have all the confindense in the world.....he will suceed.
