Do new threads have to be approved?

I had started a thread about how terribly our secondary played today and how you couldn't put all the blame simply on Bledsoe today, but I don't see it anywhere. Just wondering if the mods have to approve new threads? If not then why isn't my original thread showing up?

Sometimes when threads are redundant they get merged with an existing thread. If you know what you posted search your posts. I bet it's still there.
