I think I made myself a little sick eating half about a bag. But anything worth doing is worth overdoing, I reckon.

Dude, they sell this stuff now? I've only ever seen it home-made. People around here call it puppy chow. I need to go get a couple boxes NOW.

If you'd read the box more carefully you wouldn't have bought it...

Same here, people's moms used to make it for them in middle school and the kids who brought it in to school were always really popular.

Yeah same here. Someone usually makes some puppy chow during the holidays.

It has to be taken away from me or else I can't stop eating it. Very addictive.

Trust me everyone, this stuff is delicious. (Although not sure company made is as good as homemade because I haven't tried the company made)

I see now. I thought peplaw was joking about the "puppy chow" thing. I suppose the mfg decided to mkt a known quantity to an already adoring mkt and to guys like me who just grab a bag at the store's impulse display.

But I really did overdo it; I wouldn't advise it.

Yeah, cause it kinda looks like dog kibble before you put the powered sugar on it.

Don't let the name fool ya though, it's the best! NOM NOM NOM!

Basically, you take PB and chocolate, melt it down and cover the Chex cereal in the pb chocolate mixture, then cover it with powered sugar. I also add a bit of butter flavoring and vanilla to it as well.

Kinda ends up tasting like a crunchy version of a Reese Cup.
