Do you feel better about the roster this year compared to last right before the draft?

I do.

We know we have a WR1 in Ceedee. Cooks is going to be a solid #2 and Gallup should be better this year. Doubt we draft a WR since it's not that deep of a class.

Pollard is the clear #1 now with Zeke gone and finding a RB to contribute meaningful next season can be found Rounds 1-4.

Starting OL is almost set.

Won't be much of a drop off at TE with Schultz gone. Ferguson, Hendershot and McKeon are going to be enough. But we could draft a stud since there are so many good TEs this year.

Interior DLine is still the main concern but as was the case last year. Just hope we find Hankins because I don't trust any rookies as IDL. That position needs maturity.

You can never have enough DE talent but with Micah now basically full time as a rusher, Lawrence coming back, Armstrong looking to build off of an impressive season, Williams most likely making a jump in his sophomore year, and Fowler coming back, DE is set imo.

We're fine at LB but we could use a pick on one given LVE's injury concern. But I expect Clark to step up into that role if LVE dies go down.

Man still can't believe we have Gilmore on this team with Diggs. The Secondary is near set like DE. I mean if a great Corner falls to us in Round 1 take him.

We've got the Core Safety team returning as well with Donovan Wilson staying in town.

Almost seems like we can go Best Player Available in every round this year.

I think the front office has done a fine job at constructing this roster this offseason and last offseason.

Hope they go best player available every round this year rather reach for a position of need. Maybe even trade up and go get a player they really want.

I feel really good. The positions we need are areas where rooks can plug and play (LG and RB).

Will feel better after they resign Hankins.

Still a lot of holes

Schultz will be missed
If Pollard is RB1 he will get hurt (more often)
I haven't seen anything they've done on defense that would have stopped Kittle in the divisional round playoff game
McGovern is gone, Steele probably won't be ready to start the the season, Tyron will get hurt.

I've been hearing it's not.

Addison and Jaxcon from OSU are undersized sized. And Quentin Johnson catches with his hands.
It’s a good class for a number 2 or slot. Not a 1.

We already have a 1 though so it sets up nice for us.

Absolutely. We are better in many areas, only see TE being less talented.

I was talking about rounds 2 and beyond. Round 1 is weak this year.

We didn't really lose anyone except Schultz and the fumes of Zeke, didn't really have any vets drop off the cliff save for Gallup, and it looks like we hit on another draft class. I think this roster on draft eve 2023 is better than draft eve 2022.

I feel better about the skill positions except RB

I feel much better about the defensive back field

I feel worse about the online ....... I feel the same about the d-line that I did last year.

I feel worse about the QB position and the same about the kicker situation.

Our "core" of 10 best players looks really strong moving forward, and CeeDee broke out and added to it. I think this roster on draft eve 2023 is better than draft eve 2022.
Our biggest weaknesses last year were WR2 and CB2 and I think we’ve shored them up pretty darn well.

In some places, yeah. Other places, nope.

I still worry about LB as I am not sure you can trust LVE entirely. And DT is a wasteland. It's pretty much laughable that Jerry said today that DT isn't a need heading into the draft.

TE and RB have questions but I think those spots won't be as hard to fill as others with quality people. The draft lines up nicely to get players at both positions given it's a deep RB draft and there are a variety of quality TE prospects.

You are exactly right . . . Looks as though we may have the pick of the liter at OG or DT at #26

Joe Flacco, Dilfer, Foles, Johnson, etc. If they won SB’s with them, Dallas can win with Dak!
Flacco went on a tear in that playoffs to win his SB

Dilfer literally had the best defense of all-time to win his SB

Foles: see Flacco

Brad Johnson: See Dilfer
