Do you like Thomas as a kick returner?

I'm not sure whose idea it was to put Thomas as a kick returner, but Bones must have saw something in him to let him do it. Instead, i'd like to see him more on the field replacing one of our starters. What are your thoughts on Juanyeh Thomas being a return man, not a pressing issue with the Cowboys, just something different to talk about!!!

Last game it was only Turpin back there. Before that it seemed like teams were just kicking to Thomas which I would do also if both were deep. No one is afraid of Thomas back there

Wasn't Thomas a KO returner in college ? Experience returner ? That's the only thing i can think of .

Thomas just doesn't have the upfield burst to make anything happen as a returner. but maybe it's more about experience with Thomas instead of
dynamics as far as Bones is concerned.

One thing for sure, apparently Bones just does not think much of Deuce as a possible returner AT ALL

This further makes Deuce more so useless to this team to add to his inactive status that WILL end up happening, so long as RB injuries
will determine.

Don't even get me started on bones. This guy, SMH . If Aubrey was not the kicker, would he still be considered a special teams genius? I think not.

This. Bones was Genius for in the last game just putting Turp back there. It forced them to kick to him.

Thomas was a KO return man for Georgia Tech, but he wasn't then and isn't now dynamic. Bones got it right by only putting Turp back there, you just wonder what took so long.

Thomas is there to preserve Turp for more of an elevated role on offense but I don't agree with that philosophy at all.
Put your best players in position to succeed.
Thomas is slow and lumbering but does have sure hands while Turp has the ability to take it to the house anytime he is in space.

I'm gonna defer to the coach. More important than speed is someone who can 100% catch the ball securely in traffic etc. Maybe he is just brought in as sure hands.

Yeah, Thomas looks okay back there but I'd rather see Turp. Really need to get him as many touches as possible.

teams are kicking and aiming at Thomas, instead of Turpin ... they either want the ball deep in end zone for a touchback,.

. or direct kicks towards the alternate KO guy (Thomas)
