That is how anemic our passing game was yesterday. I dont think I have ever seen a worse game. And living in WNY , Ive seen Nathan Peterman. Its like Rush played a full game of Brandon Weeden's worst drives from 2015
Dowdle played pretty solid. Rush played the way I expected him to. Rush is a nice backup but this offense is really bad and no backup or many starters in the nfl could win many games with what we have.

I'm sure you know a lot of football but NOBODY saw Rush throwing for under 50 yards. He played the worst game of his career and probably one of the worst QB games in the history of the franchise.

For some reason we just refuse to run the ball even when it’s working. I believe our first 4 plays were pass plays the last game.
The run hasn’t worked that well and we’re playing from behind which takes us away from the run. Our first four plays were passes because Philly ranks 5th against the run and our only chance of winning was throwing the ball. You score with the passing game and we need points.

He averaged 3.5 yards per completion. You have to hit some passes down the field at some point to win games unless you have the kind of defense that just doesn't exist in the NFL today.

McCarthy should be getting trashed in media for only giving Rico 12 carries in games when he's averaging over 5 yards per carry. It's not like your going to win throwing the ball.

I agree. Even when it's working, we abandon it. They seemed to decide that Dowdle had enough carries and stopped feeding him.

Can the Cowboys give up the charade and cut both Elliott & Cook vets that are taking up space won’t be here in 2025 . Make Dowdle the feature back so you can make an educated decision if you want to make him an off-season offer .

Split other rushing attempts and screens between Leupke & Vaughn . Clue to Jerry the object of the final games get YOUNGER on the roster .

I said it during the game, there's no way I will believe that McCarthy or the RBs coach wanted to replace Dowdle with Zeke in the 1st half.

MM refuses to give Dowdle enough touches. He flat out refuses to run the ball.

Its a complete joke Zeke is even on the team, but he's still getting carries.
Coach jones insists on Zeke because there is a large inventory of Jerseys he has to sell off (btw, they are #21 jersey's left over before the last time Zeke left dallas).

I honestly think if Dallas punted on first down every possession that the defense would have eventually scored a TD with that many tries.
