It had some funny moments and he did a good job and the one where he's hiding in the trophy room and crying over the trophy had me watching every time. However, that every time is the key to it. They played these far too much and the overexposure was irritating if you watch college ball 8a-12m like I do. However, they did have enough spot changes that it wasn't as bad as some others.

Same problem I have with the NFL, run the same ads into the ground and then run them some more and would it be asking too much for these multi-billion dollar companies to change the spots out over the season? Hell, some of them bring back the same ones for the next season.

This is the problem with the declining ratings, the nets have to run more spots to achieve the target levels the agencies are paying to reach. And I don't watch MNF or TNF because ESPN and NFLN run so many of the same because they have the double whammy of a smaller audience to begin with that is steadily declining.

I hate to date myself (but actually did that once but broke up with me because I was so easy that I didn't respect myself in the morning) but it was a hell of a lot better before the NCAA and NFL passed the overexposure point years ago. Used to be, games were special and we looked forward to them because there were so few. Now, there are just too many and that means the same ads over and over.
