Draft guru Jeff Legwold: ESPN The Leggy 100

Never heard of this guy but he's apparently pretty good.

Side note ......Is just me or Christine Williamson's attire is a bit of a distraction. Don't get me wrong, she's wearing very well....it just stands out a bit.

The more I see these top 100 players list the more I don’t want to draft Green/Zion with our pick at 24. The Cowboys could trade down and pick guys like Jones, Hall, Bonito, and Williams to improve our defense. You get two of those 4 guys we have a monster front 7.

Most people of us want the same, but their focus is fixing the offense and developing their 2020 defensive class

It also looks like better prospects in this draft our on the defensive line. The defensive line and pass rushers all seem to have 2nd/3rd round grades were talking about over 20 players.

I'd be okay adding to the Dline and LB positions with the first 2 picks. We'd definitely have to address the Oline in free agency afterwards. It'd be great to have a tough D for a change.

Translate: taking the advantage of having one of the best defensive gurus's in the league.

Yes. If you read in between the lines, the front office believes if status quo, defense will improve cause of Dan Quinn. I am expecting a similar draft like last yr, but on the other side of the football.

This ownership has always been about the offensive stars, hell they traded multiple 1st rd picks for receivers. I see OL, TE, WR and even RB being addressed this yr. Outside of maybe 1 Edge or Linebacker, will be an offensive draft class.

I really think if they don't land Sam Williams, they are going to carpet bomb the position with a few day 3 picks. They brought in so many, which suggests this could even be the plan. They will be banking on Quinn to develop these players.

my mock from his list:
24.bernhard raimann ot central michigan
56.demarvin leal de texas a&m
88.martin emerson cb mississippi state

What you think of Braden Smith, Penn St. Cavanaugh and other draft nicks think he is the classic looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane. Voch loves him and has him in his top 50. When I would watch Penn St. games, to me he stands out more then any defensive player other then Brisker. Reminded me of Parsons at Penn St. watching the games. His athleticism really stood out. Especially the Wisconsin-Penn St game last season.

Out of control instincts like Jaylon Smith, might be a better pass rusher. Top 50? Maybe top 150

He is healthy unlike Jaylon. I would take a flyer on him in the fourth. Make him a designated pass rusher and hopes he develops like Armstrong.

And Fredbeard was rated as a 3rd-5th round pick.

Its all a crapshoot.
