The draft show on Dallas cowboys.com they usually know who the cowboys first pick is going to be. And share a lot of whispers they hear. They are already talking about trading down in the 1st round, taking Graham Barton and getting some extra picks.

This is my opinion. So apologies if I offend someone on this board who either likes or is someone on my list.

"Guys I trust"

Dane Brugler
Bryan Broaddus
Daniel Jeremiah

Guys you can get a lot of information from:
Matt Miller
Trevor Sikkema
Connor Rogers
Mel Kiper, Jr. (although he tends to push his friends' clients)
Bucky Brooks (used to push players he worked out but has gotten better)

Twitter (X) to follow:
Jim Nagy - he will talk about all the Senior Bowl kids but he's straight forward and is usually dead on
Brian Baldinger - when he breaks players down, espcially OL, his insight is really good
Jane Slater - she's the Cowboys FO favorite leak just before the draft

Twitter( X) to avoid:
Todd Archer - He's either a false leak or just really bad around draft time
J Tuck - the "content creator" just spams a million prospects and then tells you afterwards how he told you all about a player

Hunter Haas
Ben Fennell
Jordan Reid

Evals can be hit or miss. I always think it's best to just search a player on Twitter and then just crowdsource opinions. The value is in the clips they share usually. Twitter isn't really as good of a resource as it used to be though..

I don’t trust Broaddus in any kind of talent evaluation. He’s wrong so often. He’ll, he got run out the league he was so bad at it. No offense.

I could care less if he’s critical. I don’t trust his talent evaluation. Quit trying to change the topic.
No one is crying Sir. You tend to be overly sensitive when it comes to criticism of the team both you and I follow.

Broaddus was dead on with Zack Martin and others. Last year, he was talking Sam LaPorta as a possible first rounder days before the draft.

He's pretty solid at evaluating players and he worked for 3 NFL teams as a scout over the years. Like a lot of NFL guys, he has a network of people that provide him with additional insight.
