Falcons are looking to trade away Mr. JARRETT. Not sure on what they will want in return but to get some significant they will need to eat some of his cash or Jarrett will redo his contract to a team he is being traded to.

Absolutely yes. Unless they want a 1st. But, then we'd have to get a real quality starting NT to side him and some studs at DE. The DEs are only as good as your DTs. And vice versa. Ogunjobi for the Bengals had a career high in sacks this season. Why? Reader beside him and Henrickson on the wings. A complete DLine, along w/ Hubbard as "the other DE", like Tony Tolbert was to Charles Haley.

Where'd they get these guys? FA. While we were overpaying underachievers and bad FAs, the Bengal were out putting together a super bowl DLine. We could've had Reader instead of Poe/McCoy/Canady/HaHa.

I'm all for it and I can see it happening for sure.

One of the reasons would be all the talk about revamping the oline in the draft.
Moving on from Cooper.
And restructures.

I'm pretty sure Jarrett would redo his contract to come to a winning team and this would appease Dan Quinn.

This would be a match made in heaven for this team.
Rotation of Odi and Nevelle and on the other side Jarrett and Bohana .

This would fix our run stopping for sure and may revitalize the Career for Jarrett

So basically we have to get a completely brand new defensive line is what your saying

Possibly. What we have is not one player away.

Osa, Gally (?) and Hill are all 3Techs. At some point they have to realize they need a NT. Grady is good, but I'm not a fan of the asset allocation in this scenario.

Yep, absolutely brilliant.
Last one was Cedric Thornton. Nice run stopping DE in the 3-4, so we paid him a nice salary and stuck him at NT and were shocked when he wasn't very good there. Amazingly stupid.

And Jarrett's not even listed as a DT, he's shown as a DE.

He I have a thought, just put Parsons at DT. I mean, the kid has been great at LB and DE so....

I just went by what he's listed on the four letter network and on wiki.

But obviously you know more about him, I'll take your word for it...
Grady Jarrett is the guy I was screaming for when he was drafted. His skillset screamed success. We instead decided we needed injury prone Chaz Green and JAG Damien Wilson. Just another DT we passed on.

hell right now Grady Jarrett is more like Grady from Sanford and Son.Would have been nice to have him in his prime.

More stuff about Grady: Last season, the Falcons played him out of position. He doesn't fit in a 3-4. He also faced constant double and triple teams due to lack of talent around him.

That's from the scouting reports, not me. I'm not a Falcons fan and wouldn't know this w/o reading about it.
