Looking at the last Two Eagles games they are running a no Huddle offense most of the game trying to keep the game up tempo and limit defensive subs, so do you think Parcells and Zimmer might start Burnett to offset westbrook and L.J. Smith?. I fear Ellis can't match up with those two. Whaty's the opinion of the Board?.:lombardi:

Burnett played extensively against TEN, and he played very well. You saw him effective in pass defense, as well as rushhing the passer (it was Burnett, I believe, who rushed Young out in the end zone forcing him to throw the ball to Bradie James). I don't think we'll let Ellis get 1 on 1 with those guys, it just doesn't make much sense.

I noticed Green Bay matching up Woodson with Smith last night, and it was very effective. I think we might see Henry matched up with him some. I definitely think Burnett will play extensively.

I Believe the Eagles rested Westbrook last nite knowing they could beat the Pack without him. Burnett skills match up well with Westbrook and Smith and that should free up Roy. I really like our 3 corners against the Eagles 3 WR's with or with out Stallworth.

If the Eagles run a no huddle, aren't we likely to sit in the nickel most of the time? What does our personnel package look like in that event?

Wouldn't count On that defensive strategy. Try again.

Westbrook may not be able to perform if healthy.

How do you know he will play??? The knee will be a problem all year until it is scoped. Bring him on we have speed to burn on both sides of the ball. Dallas will prepare to face westbrook but IM not sure he plays.

Eagels are messing up Westbrooks career IMO. He's a situational back and they've been trying to hard to make him an every down back. He's always going to be banged up.( Phoenix-Talon) Westbrooks status doesn't matter we've got a good team this isn't Campo's Cowboys anymore

Westbrook has burned me two years in a row in fantasy football. He cannot stay on the field.

Last year they rotated guys on Westbrook. Sometimes having a LB, a CB, or a Safety playing him. I'm more concerned about them running stretch running plays. That's what they did with good success against us in the second game last year and Dallas hasn't been defending those plays all that well this season, especially in the first half of the Tennessee game.

He didn't say Westbrook wasn't going to play. Westbrook most assuredly will play, that's why he was held out of the Green Bay game. After seeing the Eagles flounder without him, their only chance is to get him on the field. I don't think any NFC East team would have done worse against the Pack last night. Philly will see a better team than they are used to seeing next week. It ought to be a good one.
