I know camp is still a few days away but where would you put this 2006 Dallas Cowboy team in the pack? It's the time of year that there are many questions to be answered for many teams and hopes of getting through camp healthy. If you could rank this team based only on talent and Coaching where would they be placed among the NFC? Here are my thoughts.

1. Carolina

2. Seattle

3. Dallas

4. Tampa Bay

5. Washington

6. NY Giants

7. Chicago

8. Arizona

9. Atlanta

10. Philadelphia

11. Detroit

12. Minnesota

13. St Louis

14. New Orleans

15. Green Bay

16. San Francisco

Looks pretty good. Here is the changes I would make:

1. Carolina - same

3. Dallas - Offensive line the only major question, secondary is older, so could be problematic. Realisticly should be lower until they prove their offensive line can hold.

4. Tampa Bay - Only getting better with Chris Simms

2. Seattle - Easy Easyschedule last year and snuck out many wins

6. NY Giants - Barber had the season of his life last year and can't be expected to do so again, but Manning will be better.

9. Atlanta - Vick has something to prove, maybe he actually breaks through this time

7. Chicago - Defense will be just as good and offense will be just as bad

5. Washington -

15. Green Bay - Its Farves last season so you know there is going to be some GrennBay Magic

8. Arizona - same old hpye
12. Minnesota
10. Philadelphia

11. Detroit

13. St Louis

14. New Orleans

16. San Francisco

On second thought, I think they have proven that they can hold, now we need to see that they can protect the QB

I put us fourth behind Carolina, Seattle and Washington. Yeah, yeah, no one likes seeing us behind Washington. But for now, as far as I'm concerned, that's the case. Washington was a playoff team last season and has improved on paper (how improved is up for debate).

For some reason, I see the Giants fading this year. Isn't that their history of late? Win one year, lose the next. They'll be a good team, but I don't see them being in the top two again.

I agree. That's how I see it unfolding too, for now.

And I don't think you can ignore the Falcons either. I know immediately, the Vick haters will come to surface...

But their DL looks very good, with Abraham, Kerney, and Coleman.

Brooking and Hartwell are nice LB's.

Hall and Webster/Williams will be a nice duo. Milloy and Crocker are improvements at safety.

Offensively, Crumpler is a good TE. WR is lacking, but it has potential. Their running game is the league's best.

Their defense will be the key to their success. And they have a pretty good unit on paper.
