There seems to be some inconsistency with how this rule is called. Is there any reason why Tony G. with the Chiefs isn't penalized when he does his slam dunk celebration after a TD? Or why in the Giants game tonight after the Mohammed fumble, the defender wasn't penalized for doing their lame jump shot crap, with the ball, over the uprights. Both of these instances use the ball, but neither are called.

yeah they hate T.O. and if he sneezes in the endzone they are gonna be there with they Yellow Hanky.

(not that he doesn't deserve it) but they are trigger happy with him.

This whole campaign against celebrations is absurd. This is entertainment. I tune into the game to be entertained. This isn't polo or some gentleman's sport where we have to sip tea with our pinkies out. I want entertainment and end zone celebrations are exactly that.

I agree, I hate to call some people out but I think the people who are so completly hard nosed about "Football is Life" are the same people who hold back their own Son in 1rst grade just so they will be bigger when they play football in highschool.
