Listen up, fellow fed-up Cowboys fans! We've all had it up to here with the incompetence and arrogance of the owner. Let me unleash my anger in this post because it's time we speak the truth.

Sure, we're all disappointed with how this year turned out. But let's face it, changing coaches or dumping the QB won't magically fix everything. We'll just keep spinning in the same dreadful cycle of losing year after year.

There's one constant that's plagued us for far too long—Jerry. Jerry has been calling the shots as the GM and owner for nearly three decades. The toxic culture of this team won't budge until he's no longer in charge. Why? Because Jerry wants things done his way and refuses to let a coach run the team as they see fit. Booting McCarthy won't make a damn difference.

Both Jerry and his silver spoon son are to blame for this colossal mess. They had ample opportunities to bring in the players we desperately needed, but they did nothing until it was too late or kicked the can to next year. Unacceptable!

Are McCarthy and Quinn also at fault? Absolutely! But let's not forget that Jerry handed them these players. He's done squat in finding the right talent to fix this team's weaknesses.

What we need are true football minds and an unwavering dedication to winning. We need competent, consistent coaching. Our current coaches aren't terrible, and I'm open to keeping them, as long as we adopt a year-to-year philosophy of shoring up our trenches—something we've completely ignored.

I know Jerry won't step down as GM, and that's a damn shame. We'll never taste championship glory as long as he keeps getting in his own way. We won't win until he's finally gone for good. It's the bitter truth, my friends.

This is such a new thought. I had never read or thought of it this way before. You have more wisdom and insight than I think I’ve ever seen. Don’t let any newspaper or radio people steal your thoughts on this because they are truly original. Please post more wisdom on here so we can learn this offseason.

I’m living in Argentina watching the game with a couple of friends that i made them American football and Dallas cowboys fans ( they kind of hate me know) and they couldn’t believe how passive the stadium was while we where about to see one of the worst losses in cowboys history ,they imagined if that happened in soccer game they would be breaking the seats throwing things at the players, coach and president of the club and need a police escort to get out of the stadium ! Imagen 90000 fans chanting Jerry sucks I bet that would get his attention’s
I told them only Philly fans do that:laugh: but in general that does not happen in USA ,not saying there should be any violence but the fans should do some kind of strike not going to a game ,don’t buy there expansive hotdogs and beer, maybe some booing against the jones family so he won’t be so comfy winning his millions ,got to do some thing because just loosing doesn’t matter to Jerry

Boycott the first home game next season.

All fans picket outside the empty stadium.

Reporters interview the picketers. They all say the exact same thing. “No fans until Jerry sales the team!”

Jerry is the longest serving NFL GM in History...

I don't know what to say about that.

"...break free from Jerry's grip on the Cowboys."

Man, you should do stand-up comedy. That was funny.

You must know that Jerry will never sell his franchise and Stephen is ready to take over when his father passes. Jerry still has another son and daughter in the wings. Oh, and then there are the grandkids. The only direction for you is to select another team you like to follow. The Houston Texans are looking for fans.
