I don't know a lot about Alexander but if you have three Pro Bowlers and a fourth (Collins) on the way, moving to more power schemes is the right move.

The Cowboys OL is more overrated than Dez Bryant's career.

They cannot pass block and rank only mid pack in that category in 17'

Fact - Bill Callahan was the most important coach we've had in years.

Here’s a fresh idea...

Fire Garrett and hire a HC who’s at least been farther than the conference semifinals.

You almost got a semi-like with comment about Callahan cause Callahan was a great coach.
We've got three pro bowlers in our offensive line ,we had a bad year

Pretty silly statement, most talented line in the league.. at least top 3.
You’d be right if you weren’t blantanly wrong .

Talent and facts aren’t the same

The Cowboys OL ranked mid pack this season with pass blocking according to PFF.

The OL has no depth - and Tyron Smith was exposed weekly with up and under moves - back is in bad shape.

Look @ the pass blocking
18. DALLAS COWBOYS
PFF Elite pass blocking efficiency: 77.4

What many believe to be the best line in football has had its struggles this season. Even All-Pro’s Tyron Smith and Travis Frederick have started slowly in 2017. As a unit they have surrendered 46 total pressures compared to 130 for the entire 2016 season.

I have a suggestion. Maybe run your elite TB more when you are inside the 5 yard line?

Maybe.

When he left..

I knew we were not going to improve.

I posted a couple of posts way back when about him being missed.

Sparano was another good O coach..

he even called plays pretty well.

Linehan has been successful at seeing how Zeke and DAK work in the offense.

Like it or not..

the OL struggled affecting the whole team.

Leaning on it too heavily and ignoring other needs..

is causing the problems.
