ESPN NFL Countdown: Inherit Personnel...Create Attitude

Mike Ditka was just on ESPN with Emmitt and in talking about "did
Wade Phillips inherit the 3-0 Boys from Parcells ? "
Ditka then answered that " you inherit personnel, you create attitude".
That seems to be the best thought I have seen to describe what is
going on with our Boys. That answer gives credit to both men, deservedly.

On a side note: From what I've seen, Emmitt has done ok today.

The chemistry is still off on the set, but it's been much better today.

Cowboys QB segment coming up soon. Probably somewhere just before kickoff like Fox.

He does seem better prepared or more comfortable today...Emmitt is a
pro at whatever he does...we should expect he will get better at this also.

I agree, he brings an interesting flavor to the show. I quit watching "The Best Damn Sportshow" after Michael left also.
