It’s never too late to do the right thing.

It’s a great example how Jethro responds to public scrutiny.

Too bad we never forced him to step down as GM . Public humiliation would have done it. Those early rings have provided him a pass for life with too many fans.

This is a pointless charade.

Once you’ve already been inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame, the ring of honor for an individual team is meaningless.

It’s like being given an associates degree years after you’ve already earned your PhD.
Yep

And this has been a pattern with Jethro.

As much as it might be, I don't think JJ will see it as pointless allbeit far too many years too late

no it is not lol.
this has to do with his time with the cowboys, not his whole career in nfl .
rings of honor are team specific.

It should have happened back around 2007 , but jimmy said he had said some things on the fox show and jerry didnt like it.
And if it still means something to many cowboy fans, so what? It just may not be for you or some others.

Damn. They don’t even bother showing halftime HOF ceremonies. That’s the Cowboys and Jimmy/Jerry Legend for you.

100 % agree ~~~~ Jerry had to do this to "try" to save face and his won legacy. This was two decades too late. Pride shows again for Jerry

Who has given Jerry a pass? I've not heard one fan ever state they are glad he is the GM. If it's about supporting the team, you are giving him a pass the same as any fan.
