Dude reminded me so much of Flowers. High draft pick, big school, but slow and very uncomfortable looking out there. Dallas probably had Smith ranked higher than this guy, thoughts?

Having said that, I had Tyler Smith rated as the best OLineman in the 2022 draft...

I remember my best friend who is a Giants fan tell me from day one that he didn't like Flowers feet as a tackle.
I remember Callahan ended up turning him around into a serviceable guard once he went to the Skins and Callahan was there.

Neal's feet did look slow last night. There is definitely an elite skillset required to play offensive tackle in the NFL.

Some tackles do transition from college tackle to NFL tackle.

Others become guards.

Heck, Connor Williams went from tackle at Texas to guard with Cowboys to center with Dolphins, lol
