To me this is the epitome of why Jerry Jones will never will jack ever again. He thinks everyone who comes though the organization is part of that family which results in a culture that is not conducive to winning.

It has created an environment where comfort is more important then accountability and it shows up on the field over and over again.

That may have worked early on because Jimmy was the Dad and Jerry was the fun uncle but it doesn't work without a coach like Jimmy playing the bad guy and keeping people on their toes.

Unfortunately that won't fly with Jerry because god forbid he isn't comfortable at all times.

one thing tho with ole Jerrah...he wants to win still...and the way we lose has been hard to swallow. Garrett may have squandered his last game. Many on here think winning isn't a top priority with him but it is. This is a bottomline business. Do not be shocked if Garrett gets canned this week.

Hasn't been that hard, he just continues to go down the same road, making the same mistakes year after year.
