Jeremy Green, a former NFL scout who is currently employed as an analyst by ESPN, was arrested Thursday on child pornography charges, The Hartford Courant reported. Green is the son of former NFL head coach Dennis Green, currently the head coach of the UFL's Sacramento Mountain Lions.
The arrest occurred at a hotel near Bristol, Conn., site of ESPN's headquarters. Jeremy Green was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $750,000.
Green spent time in several NFL organizations and was at one time the director of player personnel for the Cleveland Browns.
The Courant reported that police would not give out information regarding the investigation because the arrest warrant is sealed.
ESPN spokesman Mike Soltys told the Courant that it's too early to comment on the arrest.
