Who do you like that isn’t being talked about in the boards?

My guy is Byron Young from TN. I hate how he’s already 25 but if you want to talk about an edge rusher being shot out of a cannon he’s that guy this year. We met with him so there’s some interest. I see him having success as an RDE that can align wide and just use his speed and bend to win. His 4.4 speed shows up easily on tape.

Would likely have to use our 2nd round pick to get him.

Darius Rush, I think. He's been talked about a bit. But the cut ups from senior bowl were incredible. You'd think he'd be higher regarded.

Him and Jack Campbell. Campbell was stereotyped as your typical instinctive MLB. Turns out he is a supreme athlete to go along with it all.

I also really like AT Perry

For me, Jack Campbell. I think a lot of people see an LVE clone, but I think he could be a tad better. If you want more of an OLB, then Trenton Simpson.

I would like to see Simpson or Campbell paired with Parsons.

Dontay Demus, also.

A healthy LVE would be a steal. LVE was terrific as a rookie. Then we learned his back was made of glass.

It's got to be Jack Campbell.

  • Butkus Award winner and unanimous All-American.
  • 6th most athletic LB to ever test at the Combine per RAS, out of 2700 backers.
  • Team captain, 3x academic all Big Ten, won the "academic Heisman".
  • Played every game for the past 2 years.

Like what kind of nits do you even pick with this dude? Campbell is about studly of a pure middle linebacker prospect as you're going to get.

And people look at him and go "oh, low ceiling thumper. Second round." What the hell?

I think Campbell's every bit as good of a prospect as Vander Esch was, and he's healthier. He's better than both first rounders from last year, Lloyd and Walker. He's not a blue-chip, generational guy like Kuechly (Kuechly's bowl game vs Nevada still remains the all-timer LB tape cutup), but he's on that next step down. Dude's a top 20 player IMO, and gets absolutely no respect for it.

It wouldn't be sexy, but you'd be getting a solid playa, for sure.

You'll hear people say similar stuff about Michael Mayer or Steve Avila. "Devalued position, but he's a good football player, high floor, safe starter for sure." Well why don't we draft a guy who is all of that but also has game-changer potential?

Another player I really like is Jaren Hall. Haener is getting all the glory lately. But I could even see Hall surprise people and go in one of the first two rounds.

He's got all the athleticism in the world, was a baseball player in college, so he can throw and run.

Some team is going to get a gem there, especially if he goes in the later rounds, where he's apparently projected by all the amateurs.

He's got an NFL arm, and more importantly has it between the ears, and has an NFL touch. My kind of QB right there.

Played baseball, but he's way more intuitive than Drew Henson was.

CB Darius rush- big and long corner who is a top tier athlete. Plays aggressive and not afraid to hit. Would fit in perfect with Diggs and Bland

LB Dorian Williams- modern day WILL. Very fast and athletic with long arms and big hands. Was a tackling machine at Tulane including a 17 tackle performance vs USC in the Cotton Bowl.

Anton Harrison.
Another good one. Looks like a fringe 1st rounder to me and I think he’s a better prospect than Smith was.

I’d strongly consider him at 26 if the coaches like his. His feet are top notch.
