IF you do not desperately need a player, give them time to recover. All too often they put guys in that need an extra week or two and they either re-injure, get another injury; or play badly

If he is cleared to play, he plays. We can't afford to sit players just because. We need to win this game, this week.

Nah Coaches need to protect him from himself. Keep him out one game, saints at home, no need to force it 2 weeks into the season. IMHO
he can play next game it's not that serious
I agree with these guys.
Cowboys have a 2nd round pick as the next man up, so see what the guy can do with the extra responsibilities.

If you're healthy, rest is for wusses! MRIs don't lie and doctor's wouldn't approve him if he wasn't ready.
If it was another player, you'd be torching him.
