I think on that one pass to Cooper he was hoping Cooper would turn it outside. With the guy jumping in, if Dalton can get it around Cooper to the outside, he's looking at a big run down the sideline.

I see no reason why Andy Dalton can't produce good results with this offense.

If more help keeps coming forth on the defensive side of the ball, we'll be fine.

If guys like Bernard, Anae and Armstrong develop, our defense should be OK.

If by "success" you mean possibly winning the NFC Least, yes. The only real threat is Philadelphia.

If you're dreaming of something beyond that I wouldn't get your hopes up. These are still Jerry's Cowboys and he's still Andy Dalton.
