To what a run? I’m not sure the down and distance, but I doubt that was a good option.
Or I’d guess based on you that you’re saying he should’ve completely changed the design of the pass play called at the line of scrimmage? The routes and the pass blocking scheme.

If there is 2 WR then we are running 2 TE likely. So why aren’t we running it. They have 7 defenders. Is Dak audible out. Or is Moore giving a pass formation and trying the JG “we will fool them and pass”. It’s stupid and never works.

Someone posted all 10 of Elliot’s runs. Moore was a idiot. It was Elliot’s type of game. 8 or the 10 runs he was tackled by the last guy in between him and a long run or TD. In the past after 10 runs or so he wears them down and starts breaking them. They were about 5 more consistent runs away from popping 10 and 20 yard runs and having to change there defense. Seems they ran 5-7 defenders and left the WR no seperation. And the WR ran a lot of curls. If the bengals do the same they better run the ball..
