Firefox 4 has exited beta status and has entered Release Candidate (RC) status with Firefox 4 RC1.

For those that don't know, RC or Release Candidate is the final testing phases before the actual full release comes out.

Chrome> Firefox

In many instances that's true, but not in all. Firefox has more to offer than Chrome does. Firefox is a full featured browser. Chrome is striped down mostly to the web surfing basics.

It has all the features you need, and now has a web app store aswell like FireFox. It looks bare, runs faster and just creates a seemless browsing experience. I've used it since day 1.

Exactly... Chrome is a really good surfboard... Firefox is the whole cabin cruiser...

I like them both depending on the situation...

I have dual monitors. The left monitor is Chrome (mainly general web surfing, and looking up information), the right monitor (mainly web based business apps and system monitoring web apps) is Firefox.

Officially released today.

Downloaded it and liking the changes so far...

Pretty much. The only advantage Chrome has is speed, but even that is barely perceptible.

As a web developer you cant beat firefox. I would be lost without firebug and firephp, two great tools that saves me a ton of development time.

I'm with you on that. I use both frequently. I won't use IE.

Looks IE9 and Fire Fox4 are stealing alot of Chrome's interface.
