Fisher: Should Cowboys Use 10 Picks Now, Or On Draft

Here is my issue with Fish here. You comp haul isnt that impressive. Losing that 4th hurts. So as far as draft maneuverablity, the comp picks are quit as relevenent as they could have been.

To me, if a Minah Fitzpatrick, Derwin James or Vita Vea fall to 13 or 14 and you pick up the phone, you do so because that player makes your team that much better. You dont do it just because you have comp picks

Make trades on draft day. Make moves to pick up players they have rated highly that are falling. The Cowboys have a chance to make a couple of moves and get a very nice draft haul this year.

What if someone else doesnt hesitate and pulls the trigger to shore up a position for at least the next 5 years with a former all pro/ pro bowl level safety who will bring leadership and a Superbowl pedigree to their secondary?

Another draft disaster coming up bet on it....Jerry and goofy Will will once again find all the Bust and select them....with these guys all i can guarantee you is we will have a Top 4 pick selecting come the 2019 Draft....and ya we will select a QB with that pick to lead us for the next 10 season hopefully .....
 
Just give the reins to McClay or whoever you want as GM and let them make the choices
 
I think Cowboys should make draft day trades. The youth movement has started in the secondary. Continue that and go get Derwin James. Then go get Wynn or Hernandez for the oline. Next choice is to get someone like Payne for the dline. After that I would look to help the linebacker situation.

The Again im assuming is about Dak, I'm the first one hoping I'm wrong trust me here but when you take into consideration our recent Drafts (Drum roll pls) starting with Taco,Byron,Gregory,Jaylon,Tapper, Collins, and Carter LB and Bennett TE and Escobar TE...tell me how can we be optimistic about Jerry and his Draft cronies come draft day?

And pls dont tell me they pulled a wonder pick with Dak,he was there 2nd selection maybe third and quite frankly the jury is still out on him BIG TIME!

He was a 4th round pick and a comp pick at that. Get out of here troll
