There have been a lot of threads here over the years about trying to lose weight or get back in shape. I want to share with ya'll a plan that was developed by a good friend of mine to help people lose weight & improve fitness levels for just about anyone. Matt is a US Air Force Academy grad who is a certified trainer and nutritionist based in Florida. He's also a huge Cowboys fan.

Matt has been a trainer for about 20 years. He recently published a fitness book called The Magic Pill, which was very well received. His new plan, 28in28, is designed to help just about anyone make adjustments to their eating and exercising plan to create a sustainable lifestyle change that allows goals to be reached & maintained.
