What is the procedure for flexing out teams? I see we have two or three Sunday or Monday night games on the schedule. Can we flexed out for games between higher ranked teams that are playoff contenders?

I don't know if it was sarcasm or satire but they said they cannot because of some kind of rules with the broadcast they were doing an alternate broadcast that the Cincinnati game cannot be flexed out
