PALMETTO, Fla.-- A Florida homeowner received quite a shock when she returned home on Saturday to find a 6-foot alligator in one of her bedrooms, according to reports from Bay News 9.

"I look to the right, and there's an alligator in my guest bedroom," homeowner Alexis Dunbar said.

The alligator is believed to have entered the house after crawling from a pond in the property's back yard, entering through the house's doggie door.

That's making it tough for her to close her eyes.

"I'm gonna be scared to sleep here tonight," she said. "Definitely gonna go look under my bed again before I go back inside."

Maybe she should consider putting a LOCK on her DOGGIE DOOR! :banghead:

First off, she was exagerating with the whole 6 foot comment, although it is large.

Secondly, as soon as she seemed upset, I pulled my pants up.

The whole thing was just a misunderstanding.

I love the part: Both of Dunbar's cats were shaken up, but are otherwise doing fine.

Of course, the cats are doing fine! They avoided becoming a lizard's lunch!

Where's the hard-hitting reporting???

Where were the cats found? Were they hanging by their claws from the ceiling like out of a Tom & Jerry cartoon?

Which animal was eventually tranquilized most? The gator or the cats?

And last but not least, how much kitty litter was used to clean up the cats "mess" because it is absolutely reasonable to believe that they did #1 and #2 in large quantities as soon as they saw Wally Gator.

Inquiring minds want to know. :p:

This is what I love about CowboyJoe.

He will find info on the draft no matter where it is hidden.

Major Websites, no problem, joe finds it and shares with us.
Small websites, no problem, joe finds it and shares with us.

Under some strangers bed, no problem, joe finds it and I am still waiting on him to share it with us.
:laugh1:
