Food for the GB game

[Meat-O-Rama]

I've tried to make themed food to go along with the Cowboys opponents this year, i.e. Buffalo Wings during the Bills game etc.

I'm having a hard time coming up with a menu for the GB game this week. I know I'll be doing some fried cheese curds and beer brats, any other suggestions?

Cheese dip. You could also go with the wings, only with bleu cheese dressing this time. Fried Mozzerella, Jalopeno Poppers. All great food.

Obviously cheese, bratwurst, venison (deer meat) ...Beer

Seems like one would have a much tougher time coming up w/ themed nosh for teams like Minnesota, as opposed to a team who's whole persona is CHEESE.

Besides gruel, and hunks of meat straight off the bone, exactly what is it Vikings eat!?
