It is not what he is saying....it is how he is saying it.

The guy doing the interview is trying not to laugh at him but he can't help it because the other guys voice is so high.

It is girl voice like from the seinfeld episode.

...is depressed because his wife can't get things going in the bedroom due to medication. The topic I believe is about sexual dysfunction and how it affects relationships.

That's the interpretation my wife gave me. She speaks four different languages with French being one of them. She says she hasn't heard French so guttural even when she spent time in Belgium so she suspects these are French speaking Germans.

As for the whiny guy, his voice is so weird she can't even figure out what he is saying.

Hope this helps.

It's funny watching the host try not to laugh, since it's a situation I'm sure most everyone has been in at one time or another.

For some reason being in a position where you can't laugh makes things funnier.
