Tomorrow{the 31st} they are releasing special editions and box sets of blizzard of oz and diary of a madman to commemorate the 30th anniversay of these releases.

Also on VH1 classic theres a special about the 30th years anniversary as well called Ozzy osbourne 30 years after.
They played some of RR playing that was recorded but never put on a album and it made the hair on my arm stand up.

I vividly remember buying my Blizzard Of Oz album at Music Warehouse, driving home like a madman and playing it non-stop several times on my record player. I finally wore it out to the point of having to buy another album. I didn't care.

Several months after it came out Ozzy finally came to my hometown and played. What a great concert it was. Exactly one week later Randy died in the plane crash. I was crushed.

Even after all these years when I hear something from that album it takes me back to that time. Those memories are still as fresh in my mind as they were back then.
