So, based on the argument that Dak should get paid more than other QB's who got recent contract extensions (Wentz, Wilson, etc.) then how do you explain RB's like Cook (5-year $63M w/$28M guaranteed), Henry (4-year $50M w/$25.5M guaranteed), and Kamara (5-year $75M w/$34.3M guaranteed) getting less than what Zeke got? You would think they would have gotten more than Zeke based on the logic of those that say Dak should get so much more than the reported $33-$35M annually w/$105M guaranteed that Dallas offered.

The only one of them that has a case is Henry, and he has only has 2 1000 yard seasons and only one above 1100.

Kamara and Cook are both very good HB's. But neither is in that top tier

QB market =\= RB market. RB’a are easier to replace and have less leverage than QB’s based on how hard it Is to find replacements.

Cowboys front office also botched the Zeke negotiation.

Nobody said Dak should get "so much more". Most that have an issue about Zeke's contract have an issue paying any RB big money.

Dak without a doubt should be paid in the 33-35 range. Thats just the market. For those that dont understand the market, then thats on them.

Saying that you should never pay a back big money is different than saying you shouldnt pay a QB. Those that dont understand THAT concept dont belong in either conversation.
