He was a back up guard and tackle. Dont know much more than that. I think he was here on 1 of the last Chip teams we had in the 90's. I may be wrong.

I remember him starting some games in the late 1990's. 49 is way too young to leave us. Yikes he was only four years older than me.

Also read that he had a benign tumor on his lung which was removed back when he was still playing. Might have been a warning sign way back then?
