Jayron Kearse: "Its kinda like you are in a zoo and kids come to see the lion. ....... We want to have our own space where we can talk, but its either media or fans all day. You never get a break. It'd be one thing if they did the tours like one day a week, but its every day. When you are on your way to meetings, you're running into tours. We're here for football.....you have 30-35 people walking by, looking through the glass in meetings. We get all the top-of-the-line things throughout the day but its just a whole bunch of other things which I think supersedes trying to win at the highest level"

Tony Pollard (on the difference between titans and cowboys) : "This is more about football, just x's and o's. I'm in a better place mentally, physcially, emotionally, spiritually, just all around."

Dorrance Armstrong (skids): " I'm smiling....when I walk in the building here, I just know, like, I just have work.... You got real facilities here....You might not see touritsts coming around , but it keeps the main thing the main thing."

Kelvin Joseph: " Over in KC the point is the football and winning championships. There in Dallas it was a lof of football and like, other stuff. It can be a distraction bc they do have people sitting there watching you working out, tapping on the glass and just looking at you standing."

KJ Henry on what he was told about Dallas before he went: " He talked about the tours all the time, just saying thats the difference. Like, people are always walking through the facility, so just be ready to see random people.."

Noah Igbinoghene : " It was a little weird, honestly, bc I had never seen anything like it. You expect it, but seing it in person was kinda crazy."

Bascially, Jerry is PT Barnum and the cowboys are his circus.

Hey, you don't rake in the money without getting your product to the consumers. They only care about on the field stuff when it starts embarasing them.

It’s typical Jerry. He thinks so much of himself that he thinks he can do and get away with things that others don’t attempt.

He still defends it, and truly believes things like this should not distract players or undermine coaches because “ahh pahy uhm.”

Jerry's goal is to monetize everything, building revenue streams. Winning championships is probably not in his top ten to-do list.

10m a year in tours. Let that sink in for a moment. That's more money than all but 6 players on this team are making this year. Nearly double what it would have costs us to sign Henry.

Just another example of Jerry's clown show. The guy just wants to make as much money as possible off this franchise as winning takes a back seat. Jerrah will never give up his revenue streams even it meant winning. Fans just need to stop, stop going on these tours ect. This clown owner is still making money off Landry and Johnson.

What do those players know? They are just haters, and wish that they were still with the Cowboys.....

It’s funny though all of the guys left here and sucked except Pollard. Do they have you’re at their new destinations?

Funny how fans will say it doesn't matter when they haven't been in the situation. If all of these guys are saying the same thing it's true lol. It's a distraction to the football team, so the Cowboys isn't about football, point blank period...it's about Jerry's pockets.
