We don't know how he'll be as an NFL coach though. We don't know how well he will navigate this front office or the coordinators he would bring on.
We know Schottenheimer is more of the same.

The only reason I was for Deion was the idea he wouldn't let Jerry walk all over him. He's also a leader of men from what I've seen at least.
He wasn't my first choice but I was excited to not see our standard retread hire. It made me think maybe we are going to do somethings differently. I was clearly suckered, again.
