first off half that list will be a starter or choose team they can more easily take the starting job from the incumbent. That makes the list much smaller for backups who will be ok being a backup. Lets wait until FT window closes and some obvious names are resigned and then make potential Rush replacement. heck could be rush,.

This list is a whos who of top picks. And this is why you draft a mobile QB every other year and run RPO and misdirection until they puke. Stack the Trenches on both sides and run the ball. Too hard to find a good one. Look at all of the wasted top 5 picks in this list. Give me a Hurts, Prescott, Purdy, Jimmy G, Brissett type guy and play them until they break, If they demand too much roll onto the next guy, Never ever pay them a kings ransom. If Dallas would draft tier 2 qbs every other year instead of crack heads or broken injured guys in the 2nd-4th round, they would be much better off.

Jimmy Garoppolo stats:

40-17 career record .698 (4th alltime)

67.6 career completion % (3rd alltime)

5.0 career TD % (tied with Favre, Marino, Kelly)

8.2 AY/A (4th alltime)

99.2 passer rating (6th alltime)

Someone’s going to pick him up for a moderate deal, win a surprising amount of regular season games, then everyone will say, “Wow, I never saw that coming!”

Will be interesting with all those QB's available.

NO was supposedly interested in Carr, but he said he would not accept any trades. So he was released. I wonder if he still is, or could they go after Jimmy G.
Or do they go after Danny Pennies...:muttley:

Who do the Jets pursue, Panthers, and TB?

Very true

unless he simply chooses to follow Moore to LAC..just personal choice, maybe his wife would like LA better or he wants change ..
I would have thought he was a top 5 back up option before seeing this list but now I'd guess you are right.
His primary options will be Dallas or LAC as you note.
I expected him to be able to chase a starting gig somewhere but not likely now.

Tannehill and Matt Ryan will be on that list soon.

Titans new GM said Tannehill will remain a Titan. But yea Ryan will be available soon.
They have the cap space to keep him. I just didn't think they'd keep him at a 36.6M cap hit, taking up 16% of the cap. It's not like they're likely to make the playoffs anyway.
