Anyone use this site? Any problems?

None so far. Seems like faster downloads. The variety isn't quite there yet but will grow as the site becomes more popular.

Keep in mind I haven't used P2P in a long while so this might be outdated.

P2P is like napster or limewhere or frostwire or whatever else is out there. You search for something and get about a bazillion results that have nothing to do with what you download. Many times the files are corrupted and some songs don't even play music but rather this screeching gurgling noise. Pretty much just slop and when I used it there wasn't any sort of user feedback about quality or accuracy of the file.

Torrents are usually cleaner, better quality and easier to get once you figure out the system. You basically search for an item, music comes in entire albums most of the time so you need to download the entire album. You can get more in-depth with the programs and selectively chose files if you want. Your search will return files and information about them. Usually there are comments from other people who have downloaded so it's pretty easy to weed out bad results.

Files are only the size of a word document. Download it, open it with a torrent client and the program then starts receiving the information.

I would make sure you know what your kids are using it for. Downloading and sharing copyrighted material is illegal. True, there are a lot of uncopyrighted files out there which can be freely shared, but there are movies, albums, and software being shared that are copyrighted. I suppose the chances of getting caught & in trouble are small... but it's still a crime even if you don't get caught. I guess it just depends on what you want to allow your kids to have access to.

I just downloaded it on my laptop and Windows Defender brought a pop up saying there was some security risk involved, some adware.
