Garage Door Question

I would love some advice...thank you in advance. I just weatherstripped the sides and top of my garage door frame today, and I have a question. What kind of lubricant and/or preservation do I put on the back side of the rubber stripping that actually slides and rests against the garage door? I'd like to pick something up at Home Depot if possible, in lieu of ordering something online. Would love to know what y'all have or are currently using that works well...I've been to two stores, and all I've got is "suggestions"...I'm guessing that I was not talking to home owners, or help that cared to ask other associates in the store.

That's the stuff. Or any other silicon lubricant.
Thanks for the reply!!! Do you spray it on and let it drip dry, or spray it on a towel and rub it on? Front and back, or just the side that goes against the door?

I usually use a rag to spread it on just to keep the mess down but spraying it works too. It's a good protectant so I usually put coat on all the exposed rubber I can get a rag on.
