As a Sooners fan, I actually want to see Texas do well-as long as it's not too well. :) It doesn't mean as much during the RRR and the season when we play our rivals and it's not good competition.

That list is incomplete. Horns still have not named an OL coach and that might be the most important decision they ahve to make. Brown is a stud and it's going to make a huge difference as to who is named.

It appears that a front runner as the OL coach is Jeff Grimes who is the OL coach for Auburn. He has Texas ties, a Garland native played his college ball at UT-El Paso. Has Big XII and SEC coaching experience.

Also, ironically spent a season at Boise State in 2000. However, that year was the year Harsin spent in Eastern Oregon.

The other name that is out there is Oklahoma State's OL coach Joe Wickline. If T Boone will let him leave to a rival school.

I actually think the most important decision was getting a new S&C coach. But this decision is right with it.
