Give T.O. long term contract... retire him a cowboy

Sign him up. I could live with one year of almost a winner. Then back to the drawing board after releasing Glenn, and Keyshawn.

Then TO demanding to be paid more, again.

I'm guessing we get two a week of these threads until TO is released and signed by someone. Whether you are on the bandwagon or not, get ready for the ride because this is just getting started.

I'll pass on TO. We all realize the guy has talent, but we've seen what he has done to the 49ers, Ravens, and Eagles. Granted, what he did to the Ravens was far, far less than what he did to the others, but it was still messed up. However, I have a bad feeling that if BP leaves, Jerrah is going after him.

Why not, if we can't win games, we might as well sell tickets right? [heavy sarcasm]

The funny thing about the T.O. situation is that if he comes here and destroys defenses next year all will be forgotten! I'm not saying give this guy a long term contract, Make it incentive laden for the first year. If it works out then give him a option for a second!

Who ever signs this guy first will require a conduct clause that will void the contract if he tries anything> the man just lost a $49 million dollar contract. He's 33 and will only be a viable threat for a shirt time anyways!

Right now he is super talented and will give DC fits and will open up our offense, Key is 34 and glen is 32! the change for younger wide receivers are on the way why not use this guy for a year or two?

I saw bring him in, let him know he will retire a cowboy and give him his money... maybe not all in contract.... make it heavy in incentives...

I would ask for serious comments... but... I know... LOL
We need to treat this as Jerry would... its good business.....

You want serious comments about a subject that has been beat to death already....sorry...

Like I said, YoMick is really Drew Rosenhaus and he's just trying to keep up the interest in his client.

If I was Philly, I would trade him to a sorry team with a crappy quarter back for a conditional 7th pick. That would teach him to ****. What about the Lions?

I don't have all the details, but I believe that there's something in T.O.'s status that prevents him from being traded. I'll try to find out and let you know -- unless someone already knows/cares.

I wouldn't wish T.O. on even the Cowboys!:eek::

TO...Contract...Ok, let me call Don Corleon...

thanks talon, i know you're a good guy. please have andy reid make amends with Owens if anything to end all the Owens threads here.

and i hate the TO moniker. you don't give yourself a nickname. a nickname is something you earn from your buddies or your sibblings. names like pup, cubby, fro, big e, big cat, etc. those are classic nicknames. TO on the sidelines talking to himself: "let's go TO". :puke:

I only respond with "serious comments" when there is a serous post to respond to.
