GM: The most unpredictable draft in forever

Does it suck as in devoid of talent?

Or is it just that the top end of the class has fewer prospects that have universal buy in?

My feel is that once you get past the first wave the talent isn't that much different than previous years. Just going to be "overdrafting" some players because the top end isn't as deep as you would like.
You're right... I think it's even DEEPER in 2nd and maybe 3rd rd grades than normal. Just less first rounders. This draft is better than last year, for sure.

It sucks in the same way that the 2009 draft sucked. It will be a few years before anyone realizes just how bad it actually was.

I agree…I like this draft in the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th. Not a fan of the 1st.

Draft class isn't the worst or terrible, not 2009 bad. It is very bland and samey if there were a word for it. I think that explains why so many names seem interchangeable especially in the mid rounds and after first couple of them.

But yes for huge impact blue chip starters, it sucks. lol

This weak draft class is why I fully support trading up if we find a trading partner. So what if we give up a 2nd or 3rd to get a shot at a top player.
