Golden and Henderson

I love Henderson, as he’s not only fast, but an awesome blocker. No way he’s there at 44. He scares me because I’m not sure he’s a FT back.

Jahmyr Gibbs is the exception to a successful team using a premium draft pick on a RB. The formula is find a FA or find value later in the draft.

All 14 playoff teams from last year-

Philly- Barkley= Free Agent
KC- Pacheco/Hunt= 6th Rd & Free Agent
Buf- Cook= 63rd pick
Wash- Robinson Jr/Ekeler= 98th pick & Free Agent
Hou- Mixon= Free Agent
Bal- Henry= Free Agent
LAR- Williams= 164th pick
GB- Jacobs= Free Agent
TB- Irving/White= 125th & 91st picks
Min- Jones= Free Agent
LAC- Dobbins/Edwards= Both Free Agents
Den- Williams/McLuahlin/Estime= 35th, UDFA & 147th picks
Det- Gibbs/Montgomery= 12th picks & free agent
Pit- Harris/Warren= 24th pick & UDFA

Yes, Harris and Williams are also technically exceptions, but both are pretty much universally accepted as bad investments and both are onto their 2nd team.
Good research.

In Texas we call them over educated idiots. I make them look foolish in debates about topics we can't discuss here.
And yet we have an Off Topic section here on this board and certain topics still cannot be discussed. But hey, life is just Unicorns and Fairy Dust!

I have little doubt the first three picks will be some combination of WR CB RB but that will only make them more interesting in the fall and not truly competitive. Feeling like most missed the part where the Egirls just won s chip with s little better thsn average QB play by DOMINATING IN THE TRENCHES.

I would swap CB for LB (unless Johnson falls).

I feel they will be comfortable starting a combination of Bland, Elam and Carson until Diggs comes back mid season.

I'd be all for it. Golden fits exactly what Schottenheimer likes to do in the passing game, and Henderson is my RB2 in this draft. Very skeptical he drops that far, but I'd love to see it.

I think there's a chance he's at 44. Similar backs in past years have been available in that range.
I think alot depends on how high Hampton winds up going, and who teams favor between Henderson and Johnson. Henderson might not be for everyone

There is lots of opportunities to get a RB and a DT in this draft. I'd do 2 of each!
Won't agrue with that. With WR though, there wont be alot of opportunities to get a good player. It gets very weak very fast this year. And we are very weak at the position after Lamb. I definitely wouldn't ignore the smoke they are strongly considering WR's at 12
