SI.com is reporting that in addition to Matt Barkley deciding to stay for another year at USC, Landry Jones of OU and Heisman winner RG3 of Baylor are leaning toward staying for a senior campaign.

The rest of the Big 12 is reportedly unamused.

Bunch of selfish cowboys fans who love the college teams more than the cowboys.

If you really were a Dallas Cowboys fan you would encourage all of those QBs to enter the draft this year...that way teams would take them before us and other good players would drop to us.

Because i do love Dallas and do love RG3 i cannot stomach the notion of seeing him in burgundy and piss.

Still don't think RG3 is coming back. And I think the Skins will be picking too low to get him anyway.

i dont get this thinking, how is someone coming back going to encourage others to do it? they arent even in the same conference! if anything, i think barkley's decision makes it more likely one or both of them go to the draft, seeing as they will be the number 2 or 3 QBs drafted, and that prob means high first round picks

Barkely I can kind of understand since he is looking at getting the #1 slot next year and he has a shot at a NC as well.

RG3 is unlikely to be able to pass him up and might fall behind others.

Jones probably does need another year of seasoning to hope for a top 5 pick.

Unfortunately college football is also a business, but the players don't get paid as well. There is still great pressure. Ask Garrett Gilbert about it or the the kid that just transferred from Notre Dame to KU.

I kinda wish they didn't I really wanted the cowboys to draft Kellen Moore, I feel like with a couple of years under Garrett, and the type of offense we can run, he could take over for Romo and be a good QB for us. Sad face magoo

ya, Kellen Moore would at least make a great backup for years to come, and who knows, maybe he is the next drew brees

I don't keep up with recruiting and underclassmen enough, but TCU? I think they're going to be exposed once they play better comp each week. I think they can compete, but I don't think they'll be winning any titles.

I would imagine WVU will be middle of the pack but it really all depends on the Online and the Defense.

Losing our NT this past year hurt our defense. Now we will be losing one of the better DBs in our already young secondary. We will be losing a good LB and the worst is losing BOTH of our best pass Rushers...most know of Bruce Irvin but the guy on the other side that gets overlooked and is unknown by many is Julian Miller and he is a heck of a player IMO.

So...I am not expecting a big 12 title the first year.
