As hard as it is to admit it after getting our butts handed to us, we have to go home recollect ourself and make the push for next year.

Its been fun talking to you guys but I will be away licking my wounded pride for the next few months, I will see you all this preseason.

I am proud of this teams effort this year.

Everything that could have went wrong did today.

We are set up well for next season ......

It was an ok ride while it lasted. I hate that this team got this far for the coaches and O-line to mail it in to an inferior team, but I'm glad the Vikings gave this team something to play for next year by running up the score.

Their defense owned the day today.

We couldn't buy a break.

We can turn it around next season. Believe me. We've lived through the terrible years, and we will get through this. We will get to the promised land. Trust me good drafting, and good decisions will help this team in the long run.

I still believe in this team and there's always next year. But like I said before the game, this season would not be a great season without a ring. We still have a ways to go.

Yes indeed. I think once the dust has settled and the wounds heal this will be the consensus. We've waited a long damn time for a playoff win and we got it. These teams are in the playoffs for a reason. We were fighting an uphill battle playing away in a dome, and losing Flozell didn't help. Minny just flat outplayed us today.

I would have loved to see the Boys put up a better fight, but it is what it is.

And this season was one hell of a ride.

This was a great year to progress to next year. Yes we got beat like a drum today but we have a really solid squad and a lot of good young players. I think next could be the year for Dallas if they just make a few minor changes.

We brought into our own hype.

Instead of bashing Ron Jaworski for being a biased, anti-Cowboys hater, maybe we should have realized that we're not as good as we thought.

Probably some truth there but this team needs to have the same attitude at the end of the year and take it to the off season and get this team ready for a full season.

No we lost to a better team and things got out of control.

We lost 38-6 in 1991.

Things turned out all right in 1992.
That is what I compared this loss to and was afraid that it would happen before this game today. We came into that Detroit game much like this as the hot team and everyone was picking us to win and all that and we got blown out. We need to build on this season and progress to the next level next year. Meaning not only winning the division but get a 1st round bye and get to the Super Bowl.

Agreed. There's not much to say. We moved the ball early but kept bogging down, if Sensabaugh turns around he probably picks off that first pass and then we got on the wrong side of momentum. The last TD was pretty much garbage.

Well that or if the NFL would have had the guts to go to court this year over the star caps issue.

Hopefully next year will be like 1992. There's a lot of things to build on.

Upgrade here and there by taking the best player available in the draft. No reaches or crazy trades, and we'll be doing fine!
