Govt Case against Bonds Unraveling fast

It's not unraveling. That's your words. They just have to redraft the indictment. When they do that there could be MORE charges. Doesn't sound like an unraveling case to me.

Indictments have to be perfect. Any little mistake when you go to trial could cause the case to be thrown out.

I read it - it's damn near thrown out. Prosecuters screwing up - agreed there. 4 years later and they can't get it right!

Bigger picture is Bonds wants grand jury testimony opened up, Gov't been trying to seal it - thats interesting twist.

Did you even read the article you linked to?

It doesn't say in there anywhere that Bonds wants the transcripts unsealed.
