Yeah let the complaint department begin

because they don't like anything Jerry does so they're going to call this guy a misfit locker room cancer and all that nonsense!!

this just elevated our wide receiver group from questionable after lamb to top 5 duo in the league and it makes Tolbert and Turpin even better because their depth is now at 3 and 4 when you add in Jaden blue what he can do out of the backfield with juice this tree just makes our offense all of a sudden dangerous in my opinion I know we have to see it on the field. They're working hard to fix the offensive line and now receiving threats since since the offseason and the draft this is an A plus trade this just makes it harder for teams now who are they going to double are they going to try to stack the box on the run and leave these dudes on the outside with all this talent it elevates the entire offense....

I'd give it a B....solid move, upgrades the position for sure. It also gives you a quality talent who can play the X role to get Lamb moved around more, which honestly may be the biggest factor here. I think for 2025 its worth the risk. My only issue with the move is that its a 1 year rental.

Calling it what it is isn't complaining....Like 80% of the votes so far are grading this as a good move...still fair to acknowledge that this guy comes with some baggage though, enough to the point Pittsburgh wanted to move on.

For this situation, at this time, full F.

Maybe if he wasn’t a malcontent and/or your head coach didn’t just get done talking about “changing the culture” and “running the ball” it could be different.

Wait until he starts moaning over not getting enough targets in his walk year. Jerry gonna step in and fix that? Of course he thinks so, because HE is the defacto coach and why no one who actually stands on the sidelines can ever command a locker room with him around.

Further proof there’s no real plan. Their own actions contradict what they say….literally within days of each other.

C for couldn’t care less. WRs don’t matter when the guy throwing the ball has no football IQ and no vision.

Just another flashy move with no substance that won’t change a thing, the Jerry special. The kool-aid drinkers love it though, obviously.

He is well liked in the locker room

Sorry, but IMO there is no way we can grade the trade yet. Who knows how it will play out, it could be anywhere from an A+ to an F.

The guy has the talent and the skill set we need to make this offense great. But he also has some major red flags that are unknown as to if or how they effect the team overall and that will only be reveled by time.

Since the Cowboys stepped up and put their money where their mouth was they said they had two trades they were working on around the draft and it turns out this was one of the ones that they were talking about and they did it what's the other one what position do you think they were thinking about and is it still in play yes the Cowboys are slow..

So what could be in the works for trade number two if I had to guess since they brought in Gilmore for a look and they know all the injuries and they not shore in house who's coming back at corner,

I'm putting my chips in and my best guess is a guy like Jalen Ramsey or somebody that's not on the radar they're going to make a trade for a corner before September...

You know they're gonna be evaluating all these guys we're talking about diggs, butler, and revel... We all major question marks on when they're going to be back and when they're going to be feeling 100 percent so I'm guessing a move that possibly could be made would be for a corner..

C+

Short term value is high but this team is dependent on draft picks for long term viability and that brings giving up a 3rd for a headcase down to a C+. Had it been a 4th round pick were looking at a B grade, 5th or later an A. Great talent but if he leaves after 1 year I think it's a waste. But then again they keep wasting 4th round picks on guys who have proven they can't play at this level so it's got to be an improvement on those bums.

I give it a C+. He's a really good player but their trades make no sense. Give up a 1st for Cooper then trade him for a 5th. Then give up a 4th for Mingo. Now a 3rd and 5th for Pickens and a 6th when he is in the last year of his contract. This seems like desperation for a team that is not 1 player away from a Super Bowl.

They traded a 3rd, 4th and 5th for 2 WRs and there is a good chance neither will be with the team a year from now. In the meantime they still have a weakness at DT that has been so obvious for years.

The player gets and A, the front office strategy gets an F.I have no idea what they are doing but the most likely scenario at this point is Pickens becomes a free agent next year and he wants over $20 million so the Cowboys let him leave. Then in 2026 Mingo is in the last year of his contract and he leaves after 2026. For a team the supposedly builds through the draft, they don't seem to value their draft picks.

Pickens not a malignant Larou locker room personality. He was demonstrative about poor quarterback play. The press (as we all know) can and will gas light for their own benefit
Ma'am you made my morning somebody with common sense literally you're dead on and you know what you know how many of these alleged diva personalities are in the Hall of Fame especially at wide receiver guys like Terrell Owens it followed him around everywhere he never was a bad guy he never was a locker room cancer a man was passionate.. Yes some of those can be looked at from the outside as a locker room cancer but in in the end it's not true and we get that we get to see it for ourselves.

. This guy is not just a backup wide receiver he's a 1B.... Look it's TBDI knew people were gonna complain about this literally I knew that we're gonna come on here and give bad grades after they've been crying jerry knows anything but they hate Jerry so much they won't even give him credit for a good trade..

This is far better than Amari Cooper Debo Samuels Brandon Cooks Keenan Allen Michael Gallup just to name a few I mean Cooper Cup would have been nice but he had a down year last year he's injury prone and old this guy has more upside than any of these guys...
