I heard on the Hardline yesterday that Spags said he hasn't missed one kick in practice the past 2 days? Any Insight?

so if bp fixed the kicker situation then all we have left is the fs position

I still have high hopes Watkins will pan out fine.

If it wasn't for that GM...we wouldn't have had 3 SB's in 4 years. And we wouldn't be in this position today with this excitement for once in a long time. Yes, he did the lean years also, but he tried more than other owners and GM's.

And don't say Jimmy won those SB's. Because he couldd not have done it without JJ. Just as JJ could not do it without Jimmy.

I do too. Not just hope, but I think he will. The guy just has too much ability not to.

The General Manager position is OK as long as BP is here.

After that, as long as Ireland has some say so we should be OK draft wise. We need another strong willed experienced coach who Jerry will look up to after BP - Not Zimmer, that would be repeating the mistakes of the past!

totally agree

:D

I believe Parcells said recently, maybe in latest PC, that Watkins will see more playing time at FS. Now I don't know if that means Watkins is progressing or if Keith Davis simply can't get the job done. I'm hoping that Watkins with the season now down to last 5 games is beginning to pick up what is expected of him as our FS and his natural ability will come to the fore. I still think Watkins will be our starter for years to come but only Parcells knows how the kid is playing in practice, etc.

Hey, at least Gramatica looks better in practice then Vanderjagt did. Hopefully that translate into performance on the field but do think the winds at the Meadowlands might pose a problem--if they really are strong. I'm so tired of cringing every time our FG kicker comes out and looking away to prepare myself for a miss.

What is it that the GM has done wrong? Or are you still complaining about him and Quincy Carter?

you have got to be joking me. I don't have enough time and fingers to make up a list due to my long and unbiased memory.

make your own mental list, and get back to me. Also take it al the way back to 1989...

that sounds great. I will be happy if my stomach isn't churning for extra points.

I for one believe that Grmatica might be a sleeper,, remember when people were bashing our sharing of scouting with NE, might turn out to be a find. You have to admit we've missed on a few, Vandershank for one, but we've hit on alot including Tony Romo, Terey Glenn, and alot of others. Even some our o-lineman finds are apnning out, how about Columbo, anybody still missing Petititi, anybody remeber when we led the league in sacks bya right tackle. BP and his staff have finally got some results given enough time..

well at least BP has convinced Jerry Jones not to tie his hands with the salery cap, in making player decisions. Bottom line, Jerry trusts Bill, and has learned a lot about fooball from him probably more than any other person.

What does it say that I already feel better about Grammy than Vandy?

Vandy was BROKEN. That gives Grammy a BIG Advantage. I wont get too excited about practice kicks until they start counting in real games LOL

With that said... I think we hit it with Marteeen

Sure beats missing practice kicks like Vandy had been doing since he got here.
