I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I think it will be at least considered a possibility;
that DQ and co. could very well use Parsons at RDE opposite D-Law. He is obviously the beat pure pass rusher on the team. He can still give them that versatility they covet and drop back into coverage like a 3/4 OLB from time to time to get him in space and to keep teams guessing.
They can spend the $ going after a couple of the top LB's in FA, Wagner, White, Oluokun, Campbell and/or maybe even bring back LVE on the cheap.
This would also free them up to draft OL heavy and WR earlier. Plus an upgrade for a true 1 T DT is still needed, as always. This is just one strategy and they could go another direction easily. But like I said I think this will be at least discussed as a possibility.
I know a lot of ya'll will say to keep him at LB and I'm not totally against that. But I have said, even before they drafted him, that after watching him for his entire football career, his best trait is attacking the ball, period.
