GSP/Carlos Condit(Nick diaz AWOL?)

Nick Diaz simply won't play the game. He was banished once before by the UFC and it looks like it may happen again to the elite welterweight.

During a UFC 137 press conference this afternoon in Las Vegas, Dana White announced Diaz has been dropped from the Oct. 29 main event. He's been replaced by Carlos Condit, who will face UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre.

White announced the replacement using a short promotional video. Clearly, there's no turning back from here. White said he hasn't cut Diaz yet because he still has to speak to the fighter.

The problems started yesterday when Diaz no-showed a press conference in Toronto. White said the company booked two more flights to Las Vegas for Diaz and he's gone missing in action since.

Diaz is pretty good, i remember he had probably the most impressive come from behind wins i've ever seen against Gomi in Pride back when Gomi was at the top of his game.
Gomi really pummeled him early Diaz looked like he'd been hit by a car after the fight but Diaz took it and eventually won when Gomi got tired. It was a great fight.


But Diaz being Diaz failed a drug test for weed after the fight and it was ruled a no contest, Diaz is just an idiot

Diaz is a good fighter and like others have said he has a bit of a reputation of being a turd.

However if they have not heard anything, there is a possibility that it is something beyond his control at this point aka he got into an accident or something of that nature.

They had the time to sign Condit and make a fight promo. They know he's ok.

He probably tried to rebel against the establishment and know he got his wish.

This is one time where I really hope bj penn knocks someone out really quick. I can't stand the diaz brothers, especially nick, for this kind of crap.
